Our Philosophy

Although the Social Care and Education recruitment markets have seen considerable change in recent years the fundamental philosophy of HEC Resources remains consistent.

Who We Are

The company was established in April 2006 following the acquisition of a Healthcare Division of a local recruitment company. This division had been operating since it’s launch in 1996. Today, HEC Resources is an expanding company consisting of specialists, the majority of whom have been with the company since 1996, and have comprehensive knowledge and experience of social care and education recruitment.
